Drum Circle (Minneapolis, Minnesota)

Drumming has been shown to reduce stress and have a positive impact on your health. Experience a sense of relaxation and well-being through self-expression, physical activity, sharing in the group energy and having a lot of fun.

No musical experience is necessary for this Thursday evening session. A variety of percussion instruments will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own drum as well.
