The LiveWell philosophy encourages everyone to seek their highest level of well-being every day.
Being healthy and fit is more than a trend or a passing fad. It does not happen by chance. It is a series of choices that becomes a way of living — choose to LiveWell.
Our goal is to develop an exercise program that enhances your overall health.
Our exercise services are ideal for those:
- new to exercise
- with a chronic condition
- with injuries or disabilities
- looking to advance in their current program
- who need additional motivation
Staff
LiveWell Fitness Center has a team of exercise physiologists, physical therapists, registered dieticians and other fitness experts who will work with you to help you achieve your optimal health.

Accessing LiveWell
All LiveWell Fitness Club classes, services, tests and specialists are available to the public. Fitness club membership, which includes access to the fitness center, is restricted to:
- employees of Allina Hospitals & Clinics (24/7 access using employee badge)
- family members of those employees
- employees of Children's Hospitals and Clinics
- individuals referred to LiveWell by a physician.

Gift Certificates

Programs, services and classes
Our programs and services catalog includes these and other ways to get fit:

Body in Balance is a program for core strength, posture and balance. Improving these can help with overall health and looking and feeling better.
Do you want to lose weight and keep it off? The twelve-week Take Action Weight Management Program offers two ways to do this.
Motivation Coaching
Do you find it hard to make lifestyle changes? In this 90-minute session, you will complete the Motivation Profile® and discuss your results with a wellness coach.
This profile will help you discover what motivates you and how to use that to your advantage. If you are struggling to motivate yourself to make a lifestyle, career or relationship change, this is for you!
Cost: $75 for members, $90 for non-members
W.O.W. Program
W.O.W. is a four-week strength training program to introduce participants to a variety of strength training techniques. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, safety, fun and keys to success. Classes meet one time per week in a small-group setting. The Spring session is from 5-6 p.m. on Tuesdays, starting April 28.
Cost: $50 for members, $70 for non-members
