Chaplains
Chaplains are available to patients and their loved ones to provide support, comfort, guidance and advocacy. They respect all religious or spiritual preferences and collaborate with hospital staff to give patients the best care possible.
- Staff chaplains are in the hospital on weekdays and are on-call at all times. Urgent requests should be directed to a nurse who will contact the on-call chaplain.
- A Catholic priest is available Sunday morning, Tuesday through Friday, and other times for urgent requests.
- A Jewish liaison is available Monday through Friday (mornings only).
Our staff chaplains are, or in process of becoming, board certified in the Association of Professional Chaplains.
