Billing information
We realize that hospital bills and health insurance plans can be confusing. It's important for you to understand and follow the requirements of your health plan to help make the billing process as easy as possible for you.
Many health insurance plans require patients to share in more of the cost of services with upfront co-payments and deductibles. That is why we encourage patients to pay their co-payments and deductibles prior to or at the time of service.
Patients have three payment options, including cash, check or major credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover). If you are unable to make your co-payment and deductible at the time of service, we will mail a financial follow-up letter in a self-addressed envelope reminding you of your financial obligation.
Our goal is to help you settle your financial obligations easily, so you can focus on healing.
