2003 International Art Show by Artists with Disabilities

The 2003 show was held from April 24 through May 26, 2003. Over 210 artists displayed 337 pieces of art. Many of the pieces displayed were sold. Over $8,000 in prizes and encouragement awards were given to the artists. Robyne Robinson, local news anchor and honorary chair of the Sister Kenny Art Show, emceed the event at which over 500 guests attended (60 of whom were artists in the show).

  • graphic, including printmaking, charcoal, ink, computer design, pastels, colored pencil
  • photography, including black & white and color
  • watercolor
  • mixed media
  • oils and acrylics
  • sculpture, including relief, ceramics, woodcarving, metal, clay, and stone. All clay artwork must be fired.
